🛍️ Order Fulfillment
We currently offer:
- In-store pickup at The Vintage on Harrison
- Local delivery within Hollywood and surrounding areas
We do not offer nationwide shipping at this time.
🍷 Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges if:
- The wine is unopened, with original labeling and seal intact
- It’s in a resellable condition (hasn’t been stored in excessive heat or cold)
- It’s returned within 7 days of pickup or delivery
- You have your receipt or proof of purchase
All returns must be brought to The Vintage on Harrison for evaluation.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened bottles
- Wine improperly stored after pickup or delivery
- Returns after 7 days
- Sale items or special-order products
- Gift cards
🔁 Corked or Faulty Wines
If you suspect a wine is flawed or corked, please bring the bottle (with its original closure) and your receipt back to us within 3 days. We’ll assess the issue and do our best to make it right—this may include a replacement or store credit.
💳 Refund Process
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
