Refund and Returns Policy

At The Vintage on Harrison, we’re here to help you discover wines you’ll love—and we stand behind every bottle. Here’s what you need to know about returns and refunds.


🛍️ Order Fulfillment

We currently offer:

  • In-store pickup at The Vintage on Harrison
  • Local delivery within Hollywood and surrounding areas

We do not offer nationwide shipping at this time.


🍷 Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The wine is unopened, with original labeling and seal intact
  • It’s in a resellable condition (hasn’t been stored in excessive heat or cold)
  • It’s returned within 7 days of pickup or delivery
  • You have your receipt or proof of purchase

All returns must be brought to The Vintage on Harrison for evaluation.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened bottles
  • Wine improperly stored after pickup or delivery
  • Returns after 7 days
  • Sale items or special-order products
  • Gift cards

🔁 Corked or Faulty Wines

If you suspect a wine is flawed or corked, please bring the bottle (with its original closure) and your receipt back to us within 3 days. We’ll assess the issue and do our best to make it right—this may include a replacement or store credit.


💳 Refund Process

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
